Baby Shower {CA - The details}

Our CA baby shower was amazing. I'd be lying if i tried to be modest and say it wasn't. My sister-in-law who has been there for me for the past 10+ years as if she were my own sister went above and beyond, and with the help of a few friends and my nephews, had the details all set up by the time we (the baby & I) arrived to the venue. Oh, and it was nice b/c our venue was at the Rancho Santa Margarita Bell Tower (our Wedding venue, but a different room) and she knows I love that place.

Of course the details start with our invitation that a friend picked out from Storkie.com (check the invitation post I did on The Relentless Bride Blog).

And here are some photos of the details of the shower.

The appetizer and dessert table was dolled up with giraffe cupcakes and an awesome onesie that says "my mom doesn't want your advice" LOL (Giraffes aren't my theme but are on the nursery bedding we picked out - and of course, are just plain cute!)

And since Auntie decorated the shower, lots of Auntie paraphernalia all over :)

Each table was a different color, with jelly belly centerpiece to match and home made lollipop sugar buttercream cookies. Jelly Bellys are my friend during pregnancy, so this little detail did not go unnoticed.

Each table had the matching place settings to match.

Here comes the food. Some of my favorites I indulge in, while in CA - Mexican food... Tacos, burritos, beans and rice... not pictured is my Sister in law's amazing green chile (from Hatch of course) Enchilada Casserole which did not make it to the shower.

And of course, IN N OUT.... YUM!

Also not pictured was a delicious huge platter from Daphne's Greek Cafe - also a favorite food I loved and used to eat weekly with my sil when my nephew was first born.

My SIL went all out with the tiny details and making sure everything I could crave or want was present. From Nutter Butter Giraffe cupcake cookies, to the jelly bellys and then the entree - i was in heaven!!!
